Programme 1: Daikin Altherma R32
This programme is necessary to perform maintenance and repair activities on R32 products that belong to the Daikin Altherma 3 and Daikin Altherma 4 series.
Programme 2: Daikin Altherma R290
This programme is necessary to perform commissioning, maintenance and repair activities on R290 products that belong to the Daikin Altherma 4 series.

Programme 1 applies to Daikin Altherma R32 products and enables you to conduct aftersales activities on these products on top of the installation and commissioning which you can perform without having the programme. Programme 2 applies to Daikin Altherma R290 products and enables you to perform commissioning and aftersales activities on top of the installation, which you can perform without participating to the programme given that you have taken L1: Safety training about handling R290.
You can use the “Stand By Me Certified Partner” logo on your website and social media channels to promote and attract potential customers.
Right away! You can start offering extended warranty contracts, maintenance, and repair services. If you participate to the Programme 2, you can commission the R290 units you install.
You can install and commission R32 products. However, to install R290 products, you will need to complete L1 training, offered online. For the commissioning of R290 products, the participation to the programme that applies to the specific product lineup is necessary.
Yes! If you already have the programme that applies to the product you install, you can sell extended warranty products on Stand By Me and become the lifetime partner of the unit.
